Having heard good things about Bill Stasek Chevrolet for years, I decided to give them a try. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional! I started looking for a car over a month ago. Most of years, I decided to give them a try. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional! I started looking for a car over a month ago. Most of my legwork was online with several visits to dealerships. It quickly became my least favorite thing to do! Then I decided to try Stasek. It began with my initial inquiry. Victor was the first person I spoke to when I called. He was very nice and helpful over the phone. After a couple weeks, I finally was able to scheduled an appointment to come in. Hans Freundt, greeted me immediately. His customer service was great given how busy the showroom was. Hans walked me to the waiting area, offered me water and checked in frequently, keeping me in the loop. Shopping for a car is never a quick process, so I knew I was in for a long evening, but the attention he provided made it a better experience. didn’t To my delight, Hans ended up being my sales person. From the greeting at 5:15pm to the final handing over the keys just before midnight, Hans was with me through it all like a long time friend. Joe worked with me on the financing - the scariest part. He was informative, patient and all without pressure. Jeff was there at the very end with all the lovely paperwork. As busy and late as it was, Jeff’s pleasant attitude made it worth the wait. Thank you Victor, Hans, Joe and Jeff for making my very scary, first time shopping alone for a car, experience as wonderful as you all did!!
