I regret doing that very much. After viewing a few cars, nothing really caught our eye as we had our mind set on an EV vehicle. I told the sales rep Anika if you get any in stock, I will buy it. Shortly after leaving the dealership, the sales rep called me back and said we got one cancellation for EV car is available WITHOUT ANY MARKUP. I was on my way to an important client meeting that I ended up cancelling to come back to the dealership. Upon arriving back to the dealership, I was greeted by the sales manager. The manager Jeff Ross told me that the vehicle I came back for is available but for a $5000 markup after the sales rep specifically told me that there would be no markup. He proceeded with also telling me that if I didn’t want to buy it now with the mark, that he had someone ready to purchase it for the markup price now as well. This way of handling business left me with a very bitter taste in my mouth and the way the sales manager Jeff engaged with me as if I was a child was incredibly unprofessional.He also treated Anika very poorly as well,When you propose something, keep your word otherwise trust will be lost. I have lost all trust in this sales manager and his team. Please be very careful in dealing with this dealership. More

Had to call in 4 times for this appointment. .Never did speak to my advisor. I don't even know what was done to my car. Everyone at the office provided a great experience. Mike was our salesman and patiently taught me everything about the Atlas I was interested in.
