Came in for an airbag recall, moon roof seal issue and infotainment system since Bluetooth will not connect. I was told about the airbag recall ahead of time but they didn’t order the parts till they had infotainment system since Bluetooth will not connect. I was told about the airbag recall ahead of time but they didn’t order the parts till they had the vehicle so I was in a rental for 3 weeks. I would had preferred since it was a recall that they would have just ordered the parts and then schedule me in. Instead of using a rental. Also I told them about my Bluetooth issues and it was on the invoice yet it’s still doesn’t work to this day. The Roof issue was fixed in adequate time. Service advisor was OK but I would have preferred more communication with us. I would have to call to check on the car or get updates them never not reaching out and letting me know what’s going on. Service advisor was OK but felt like they lacked empathy. I’m in the market for a second Car but now have my reservations about this dealership and Service not sure how I feel now about Toyota in general. Probably would not recommend this dealership after my experience. More

I got a call from the dealership with an offer for a $44. 95 oil change And I call to confirm the price and the person who took the call “ noted it in my file”. They had records since I purchased the car f 95 oil change And I call to confirm the price and the person who took the call “ noted it in my file”. They had records since I purchased the car from this dealership. When I got to the service bay the associate had no knowledge of the call or offer and tried to upsell me also there was no record on the pervious call the day before. They told me it would take between 60 to 90 minutes for the oil change to be performed. That was 3:50 pm. I signed the paperwork and went to the waiting room. Around 5:40 I inquired about the status of the car. The associate I worked with Jeff had gone home for the day and the new associate could not find my paperwork. After a bit they pulled my paperwork from the system and checked me out where once again I had to explain about the voice mail from Jennifer that they were offering me an oil change for $44.95. I want to be clear everyone was nice and not rude but they all kept trying to say it was not a valid offer and had no knowledge or it. I still have the voicemail. So it took two hours for a oil change that I could of footed at any place far quicker and the only reason I went to the dealership was because of the offer left on my voicemail. Which I had to explain to three different associates. More

I requested the service advisor to have the technicians check one of my tires that has constantly lost air. He reportedly wrote this down in the notes section of the service ticket. I patiently waited in the lobby for maintenance services to be completed. However, when I was called back to pick up my vehicle and asked if they checked the tire, the service advisor said that there were no notes from the technicians and it didn't appear the technicians looked at the tire. I asked if they could take a look before I left the dealership, however, he told me that it would be up to another 2 hours before it could be addressed and that I should bring my vehicle back for them to check this tire. The service advisor that I originally spoke with had left for lunch and a different service provider was behind the desk. I feel that the service advisor and technicians involved provided poor customer service. Furthermore, when I got back into my vehicle the cabin air filter was sitting on the floor of the passenger seat. I walked back into the service center and inquired about why it wasn't installed when they had the key. The service advisor told me that they could not open a locked glove compartment. No one explained that they needed the glove compartment unlocked when I arrived at the service center or that they would not install the cabin air filter if the glove compartment was locked. I will not be returning to this dealership for any maintenance services unless the customer service improves! More
