I am really glad we met Jeff Smith. He is very friendly and was the first person to greet us before we ever got to the front door. Our experience was very nice. When I called Jeff yesterday about my sync services on my Ford he told me to come in and he would take care of it. I went to Ford yesterday and he made sure that my questions and issues were tended too. I really appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I will definately recommend Five Star Ford to anyone that is looking to buy a new/used vehicle. He also informed me of the free classes on saturday mornings for the sync services that I will be attending to learn more about my new vehicle. On the day of my purchase of my 2012 Escape we felt so welcome and the time it took to do everything was very good. More

Jeff Smith worked with me on what I could afford and what I wanted. He found a car that was perfect for me. He was very friendly, listened to my needs without trying to upsale or sale what he wanted. This is really appreciated in the vast world of car sales. He introduced me to Anthony Snyder in finance and that is always a 'scary' world. Anthony was direct and honest also offering advice and guidance. They reassured me that the service department would be there to help me take care of my purchase. When they delivered the car, Kolyn Smith came out to the car and did the phone sync setup with the car and told me about classes I could go to. I found the customer service excellent and Five Star Ford and am at this point very satsified. Thank you for providing such an excellent business. More

We appreciate our saleman's (Jeff Smith) friendliness, knowledge and non-pushy attitude in dealing with us. He treated us with respect. Some sales people have forgotten that aspect. He answered all our questions and appeared interested in finding us the right vehicle for our sakes, not his!! Jeff knows his business and he paced himself to fit our personalities. The dealership had a good inventory from which to choose and an attractive setting that lent a great deal to our comfort level. It was tough to navigate the nearby road construction project, but it was well worth the effort! The finance department was very quick and efficient and we also appreciate the respect shown to us there. We will certainly recommend Five Star Ford to our friends and family. More
