My car issue is higher than normal rpm against 18 months of driving where it was fine. I called out two specific symptoms...oil loss without any subsequent leaking and ram spinning at 3.4k rpm on slight inc of driving where it was fine. I called out two specific symptoms...oil loss without any subsequent leaking and ram spinning at 3.4k rpm on slight incline (2% grade) All coupled with significan and sudden loss of mpg. I also mentioned many times it felt like a slipping clutch. Dealer did a test drive but didn't use any logging equipment. Also exactly what I describe is a widely known issue with kia Niro. As in every dealership would be aware of this. More

I paid $25. 00 to have tires rotated with the service of my car. They were NOT rotated. Disappointing service. My service experience with the dealership was excellent. JP was my advisor and his communication was outstanding from start to finish. Check in was easy, everything went smoothly, and the online updates and JP was my advisor and his communication was outstanding from start to finish. I appreciate complimentary oil change but I don't have confidence in customer first treatment when they don't complete services promised.
