JP was professional in every way. He was training someone and the way he showed the trainee, I was assured the job would be well done. The only problem I had was again with the online scheduling system which didn't have my appointment in the schedule even though I'd received a confirmation text. So I became a walk-in and it took over 2 hours for a simple oil change. This is about the 3rd time this has happened and will lead me to a different service facility next time. More
