After graduating college and teaching for three years in the New York City public school system, I decided to follow my passion, and embarked on a new career as an automotive technician at a German Automobile dealership. I began as an apprentice and within five years achieved a top certification as an A-1 automotive technician. I subsequently opened my own automobile repair facility, which specialized in Mercedes Benz automobiles; a business which thrived for twenty five years. The following ten years were spent restoring vintage Mercedes Benz and other high-end European automobiles. I continue to follow my dream, as a proud member of the sales team here at Helms Bros. Superb Experience I have been thinking of replacing for my Mercedes E 320 for the the past six months, I have visited several Mercedes dealers, I did not have the sam I have been thinking of replacing for my Mercedes E 320 for the the past six months, I have visited several Mercedes dealers, I did not have the same feelings as when I purchased the ML 500, nor the E 320.My husband and I decided to go back to the Bayside dealer where we had purchased the E320 My God, the salesman Mr Jeffrey Stampler, is a wonderful Human being, he made us feel like a family member, very patient,friendly, extremely knowledgeable , polite, and caring. I live over an hour from Helms Mercedes, this is why I had no desire to drive to the Bayside dealer and beside the previous salesman who sold me the E320, retired....After visiting three other dealers we decided take the long ride to Helms. I am so happy that we went to Helms because we met Mr Jeffrey Stampler, the best salesman ever. , He made us feel like a family member, I felt like I knew him for years, he!s honest and trust worthy, I felt like he was part of my family,, very understanding, no pressure.,he even made a follow up call to make sure that I was satisfied with my new car CLS400, and he give me his personal number to contact him if I ever have a concern /problem .Thank you so much for the wonderful experience,Mr Sampler you are my hero. Helms Bros, What's going on with my car title? I have recently bought the car(C300 4matic) with full payment at the end of lease(June 21, 2018), which I have leased from Helms Bros. Due to my p I have recently bought the car(C300 4matic) with full payment at the end of lease(June 21, 2018), which I have leased from Helms Bros. Due to my planning to abroad soon, I was asked to pay with cashier's check from my sales person which will expedite the whole process of getting the car title. When I bought the car(June 21, 2018), my sales person told me that the car title would be at the Helms Bros before July 4. The car title would take about 2 weeks and sent it out to the Helms Bros. Once the car title gets Helms Bros, he would let me know when the car title arrives there. Now, it's been little over a month and nothing happened. I was patiently waited for any answers about my car title but nothing happened. That's when I decided to call and asked what happened with my car title(July 24, 2018). Then I called the Helms Bros sales person and he told me that he will try to find out about my car title and give me a call but never returned me a call. Next day, on July 25, 2018 in the morning, I called him again but told me that he will find out to see what happened for my car title and give me a return call but he did not call me again. Therefore, on that same day around 2pm. in the afternoon, I went to see him and told me that he was going to find out what happened for my car title. So, I went to Helms Bros service center for my car inspection. After the car inspection, I went to see him again, he told me that the lady who was in charge of the car title wasn't there, gone for the day. And, he told me that the car title takes about 60 days and it will be delivered to my home directly, not Helms Bros. However he will definitely find out what happened with my car title and would call me back on July 26, 2018, but never called me till now. At that time(June 21, 2018) of purchasing the car, he told me that it will be better to pay with cashier's check so that it will expedite the whole process of getting the car title, which I would receive the car title within 2 weeks, whereas the personal check takes much longer time about one month. Also he told me that the car title would be delivered to Helms Bros directly. Since he is not keeping with his words and change the stories around, I am now wondering about what's happening to my car title. I am looking forward for any answers from Helms Bros, soon. Overall, I feel good about the services that the Helms Bros provided me but, I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this situation. More
