I immediately had respect for her integrity and enthusiasm to please the customer. Her interactions with the service personnel and their interactions with her and myself gave me more confidence in purchasing a vehicle there. I was taken aback at another employee's comment that Jenna was new and may be inexperienced. Had it not been for Jenna and her enthusiasm, I would not have purchased a vehicle.
