Pleasure to deal with I've never really gone to a dealership where I didn't know someone. My son wanted a specific car so on to Google search it was and Klaben came up. We talked and he followed up with emails on each of the three cars we were interested in, spelled everything out and what we could expect. We went, met him, test drove the car then Chris answered all of our questions. It was nice to deal with someone who just wanted the "car sale". I would definitely recommend Klaben and Chris if you're looking a for a car, new or used. He made the hassle of buying a car so much easier and less stressful. Thanks again Chris!!! Yes, I have leased with them for many years, but the buying experience was so far beyond what anyone else was willing to offer that I could not pass it up. Jeff and Jennifer bent over backwards to make the experience painless. Over and above that, once we were done with paperwork Jeff went above and beyond to make sure that I understood every device and system on the car. When I had difficulty getting the HomeLink to sync with our garage door opener he even offer to come to my home to assist. Jennifer was pleasant and courteous and explained each detail along the way. She was a pleasure to do business with. More

I shopped at least five dealerships before coming to Klaben, and have purchased a number of vehicles over the years and have never had a more personable, knowledgeable, professional, upfront salesperson as Mr.Doug Beavers. He actually made the overall experience very pleasant. I am generally not a patient customer when it involves buying a car however, Mr. Beavers made my experience very comfortable and cut to the chase to explain my purchasing and leasing options, And needless to say I was pleasantly surprised!
