There were some problems with the car and he went out of his way to help make things right. Everyone from Juan to the finance/insurance groups, maintenance and body shop, and shuttle driver have been thoroughly courteous, helpful, and professional. Shakeem walked us through everything and made sure we knew exactly what was happening the whole time. Usually when you deal with salesmen they try to up sell like crazy just to make more money, but with Shakeem it seemed like he listened to what we wanted and how much we were willing to go and found the car best suited for us. I understand you do need to up sell, but he wasn't pushy about it at all. He showed us a few options and we declined. Never broughtit up again. More

Condescending, rude and lacks empathy and understanding. I have told everyone I know not to go there. She tried offering me close to 30% interest on a vehicle loan. Absolutely disgusting. After I requested someone else help me, they brought it down more than half of what she was trying to bully me in to taking. Buyer beware! More
