Mohawk Honda was very responsive and attentive to my needs. I exchanged easily over 100 texts with my saleswoman Jen. She even responded to me on her day off. The staff at Mohawk Honda was friendly and courteous. They gave us time to make our decisions and allowed us to test drive as many used cars as we needed in order to narrow down our options. She answered our questions honestly and patiently, and we knew right away that we wanted to buy a used car from her. During our purchase, Jose (Delivery Specialist) walked us to our car and made sure we knew how to operate all the safety, comfort, and entertainment features on the car. That was so helpful, considering our previous car didn't have as many features. Both Jen and Jose were very knowledgeable, and made us feel like we were making the right decision by going with Mohawk Honda. Our first 3-day road trip in our "new" Subaru Outback was enjoyable and comfortable, and we thank everyone who was involved in this sale! More
