Special kudos to sales consultant, Nicole Oeser, who went the mile to put me at ease. She was extremely patient with me being handicapped. She insured that I would be able to put my rollator in the trunk and get into the car safely. Also, I verbalized that I hoped to make almost an even trade. She was able to come close to doing just that. My son and his wife came along as "negotiators", but there was really no need. There was no arm twisting here! More
