Robert does a great job at communicating with us via email when we tell him what we’re looking for and he let us know what was available. Even when we had questions about our new vehicle a week after purchase he reached out to solve our concerns. When a car was out of our budget he let us know a smart financial option that we never really considered. He tries hard to get us out of the dealership in a timely matter. He also gets to know his customers so he can help you find the perfect vehicle for your lifestyle. shoutout to Loren for always hooking us up with some gear too. This was the easiest process ev I made an appointment with Trent Nichols to see about trading in my current vehicle for a Subaru Outback, on Saturday. This was the easiest process ever. Trent answered any question I had and walked me through everything step by step. He walked me through my choices for extra options. I made a couple of extra choices, then was sent to finance and that was also painless and quick. Jennifer walked me through the extended warranty options and other protections, making it a very easy process. I brought my vehicle home and on Monday was given a phone call already to set up an appointment for my installation of the extra add-ons I chose. Tucson Subaru is the best. Thank Trent!! More
