I knew it was one of the best vehicles made, but would the staff at the dealership make the whole experience immemorable? Whoa. Loren saw me coming. He simply cut to the chase and offered me exactly what I was looking for and at the price I had requested. (I had done my homework, so my number was far below MSRP but still realistic.) Just like that. Then he passed me to Robert, and we did the test drive and the paperwork and hit a few clubs. OK, that last part wasn't true, but we did have fun! Everyone was bang on top of their job. They made it a pleasure from start to finish. And they have good cookies too! More

Good Experience Buying a Subaru Via Phone and Internet I was in New York and needed a new car when I came back to Tucson. I dealt with a dealership in Phoenix area and Robert Pedroza at the Tucson dealers I was in New York and needed a new car when I came back to Tucson. He worked with me so that my brother could inspect the car and had the papers sent by Fed Ex. My car was waiting for me in my garage when I got back home (my brother picked up). I then went to the dealership and Darla and Robert went over all the features of the car with me. Great service! More

Outstanding Experience at Tucson Subaru I arrived 30 minutes before closing on a Friday evening. Kevin Gribble greeted me, was super knowledgable, and showed me the used car I was interested I arrived 30 minutes before closing on a Friday evening. Kevin Gribble greeted me, was super knowledgable, and showed me the used car I was interested in. No pressure, just wanted me to get all the information I needed. I offered to come back Sat AM if it was too late to continue, and he said it was no problem- as long as I was there, they'd stay open. I ended up buying the vehicle that evening. The process was smooth and painless, with no surprises, no upselling products and add-ons I didn't want. Jennifer Duran helped me with all the signatures, paperwork, and payment. She was also very knowledgable, pleasant, and made the process super easy. Gotta say, this was an A+, 5-star experience. Thank you Tucson Subaru! More
