Trent went above and beyond despite having a VERY busy day as it was the last day of the year. He had been there alllll day but you'd never know it. Up until the very end, when I was sitting in my new car, he explained how all the features worked took the time to answer my questions. Not once did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience. If only all service people were this great! It's not easy to do, I know from experience, but Trent is a pro. Highly recommend this dealership and always ask for Trent Nichols. Jennifer Duran, in finance, is top notch! I was the last customer of a long day for her as well and she treated me like family.
