First Subaru purchase in the family I grew up in a family with Ford cars. Prior to walking into the Subaru dealer, I thought I was going to purchase a Ford Edge. I knew Subaru cars held I grew up in a family with Ford cars. Prior to walking into the Subaru dealer, I thought I was going to purchase a Ford Edge. I knew Subaru cars held their value very well; in addition, a friend and cousin had very good experiences with their Subaru's. For those reasons, I decided to at least take a look at the Subaru Outback and Forester at this dealer. Robert Pedroza met me outside, complimented me on my 95 Ford Taurus SHO, and continued to impress me with his knowledge of each of the cars. I returned the next day to take the Outback on a test drive. Robert did an excellent job of showcasing the features of the vehicle during this test drive. Robert even took me on a dirt road to get a better idea of how the Subaru performs on rougher terrain. This positive experience, along with Robert's passion for Subaru's since he has owned them for the last 15+ years, was one of the factors that ultimately led me to decide to purchase the Outback a few days later. More
