CJ was patient with me in weighing out my options and even after long email chains and test drives and me ultimately deciding that I couldn't afford a car, he was polite and understanding. Since recently coming back into the market for a new car again, my initial experience with CJ and Tucson Subaru made it my first choice in dealership. CJ helped me get the Outback that I wanted; compared to the Subaru dealers in Phoenix I got a great deal and am very happy with the purchase. For financing my car, Jen was extremely helpful in clearly laying out exactly what I would be paying for and why, completely taking the nerves out of my first new car buying experience and making me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this dealer and the team at Tucson Subaru. More

I moved back to the US after being out of the country for 12 years, so needed a lot of catching up on the technology and safety features on the Forester and he patiently took me through it all. Jennifer Duran also did a great job of taking me through the warranty options and financials. The dealership makes you feel welcome without any pressure, and that is extending to the post-buyer phase. I could not recommend this dealership (or Ken!) more highly. More
