Robert Pedroza is a product of the product- having owned a dozen Subaru’s - and his sales method is more like ‘sharing’ than selling. He is knowledgeable, personable and accommodating. Robert goes above and beyond to make a customer feel special and welcome into the Subaru Family. This is my first Subaru, and I know it won’t be my last. Kudos to Tucson Subaru for an all around terrific staff! Speaking of staff- Jennifer Duran in the finance department is amazing. She has a professional demeanor, clear explanations, & an easy, friendly approach. Our time together was efficient and I was left with the knowledge that I can call anytime with questions.
