Since I am an out of State resident he also informed me of the options related to licensing the car in Az. or the state I am from. He was very detailed in explaining the models options and what they did. Your whole team was very pleasant from the sales people opening the outside doors to the ladies at the front desk and Jennifer, the financial lady. I really enjoyed working with Trent, and hope your product delivers the same quality and experience in which your personnel does. This will be my 1st Subaru, and I hope it will be a good experience. Comparison shopped for 18 months and probably drove these poor folks 1/2 crazy with my repeated visits but they all took it in stride. I like clean, straightforward transactions and Bob Wilson delivered from factory order thru delivery. Fair deal on an excellent car with additional courtesy on top in order to ease the transfer of vehicles and accelerate financing. These folks really helped me out. More
