Hi I'm Jennifer. I spent my childhood in Montana but have been in Tucson for over 20 years now. I have three daughters who are my world and I spend most of my free time with them. I graduated from the U of A and was in social work for years before trying the car business. I have been with Tucson Subaru since 2015. Good experience Joe worked with me to get me the best price on a used car that fit my budget. Jennifer helped get the paperwork in order as quickly as possible once w Joe worked with me to get me the best price on a used car that fit my budget. Jennifer helped get the paperwork in order as quickly as possible once we start down with her. My only criticism is that it took over an hour from when we decided to buy, to when we could meet with Jennifer to complete the paperwork. That process needs to be faster. I don't know if they were unusually busy, or don't have enough people to process paperwork, but a customer should not wait an hour between deciding and starting paperwork. A less patient person could change their mind and walk out in an hour. This is not a criticism of Joe or Jenifer who were both excellent, it is a criticism of the process or the lack of staff to complete paperwork. More

Great I found the car on craigslist a few weeks before I purchased it. I came in by myself to look at it to see if it was worth showing my father, seeing as I found the car on craigslist a few weeks before I purchased it. I came in by myself to look at it to see if it was worth showing my father, seeing as how he is the one to decide if a vehicle is worth purchasing. I talked to Mike, he told me a little about the car, started it, showed me inside, and he printed out the carfax for me to take home and put me on email list that would notify me if the price dropped. He wasn't too pushy about me buying the car, which was nice. I came in a week later to test drive it with my father and he helped us through that process, and we did end up purchasing the car. The service was very, and we only spent 3 hours at the dealership from the time we parked to the time I was driving away in the new car. It is to my knowledge that it usually takes longer to buy a car, my father has told me stories about how he has spent 5-7 hours at dealerships before. Overall, if I need a new car, I would check this dealer out first. More
