All of their staff is very professional and courteous, from the sales people to mana I recently bought a 2018 Subaru Impreza Sport from Tucson Subaru. All of their staff is very professional and courteous, from the sales people to management it is an amazing dealership. I wish all car dealerships were as relaxed and helpful as they were. A couple months ago I went there to get a feel for the Impreza to decide if I liked it or not. I worked with Spence and he was more than happy to show me around the car, tell me about all of the new features and improvements Subaru has made to their cars and not once did he actually pressure me to buy right then and there. I stayed in contact with him until I was ready to buy and when I went in he wasn’t working that day but Steve stepped right in and and took care of me with the same professional, and informative demeanor that Spence provided me. He helped me find the exact model and trim I wanted with all the options I wanted. It was fantastic. Again, I felt no pressure to buy at any point while I was at the dealership and that to me is just an amazing feeling. Steve also helped me get a deal for my my trade in that I felt was great for me as well as the dealership and I left there with the brand new car I wanted, absolutely no buyers remorse whatsoever. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking to buy a new vehicle. I will definitely be back when it comes time to trade in my car for a newer model. More
