Great purchasing experience After not owning a new vehicle for 7 years, we were facing a challenge to purchase a new car with the newest safety technology. We had read Consumer Report Reviews on the Outlback since last year and we were impressed with the review of the Eyesight technology. We also had a budget in mind (less than $40,000). The test drive the Ford Escape and the Edge and the Hyundai Tucson and the Santa Fe, but compared to the Outback they either felt short or were over our budget. The Outback is and amazing car below $40,000 with AWD and Eyesight and Navigation. Our experience with Sean Johnson has being delightful: Courteous, knowledgeable with relax attitude and great communication skills. He is totally the opposite to the pushy, fake car salesman. We already have an appointment tomorrow to go over some features. More

Best person to help with car purchase Spence was great from first moment I met him. A client came in early and he tried to find someone else to let me test drive the Forrester but everyone Spence was great from first moment I met him. A client came in early and he tried to find someone else to let me test drive the Forrester but everyone was busy with clients. After discussing with other clients we took it for a ride and he explained all the vehicle had to offer. My husband had questions and it was his day off but took care to make sure he got his answers. Upon going to sign papers he came right out to us and made the process so easy as well at becoming a friend. He assisted my husband with his walker and made sure we knew how everything worked prior to us leaving. We are very grateful to find someone who not only sold us a car but developed a friendship with. In today's society that a rare find. We will remain in touch with him for future vehicles as we feel we can trust him and he gave us an awesome deal. We need more Spences in the world that actually cares for others. Jennifer was great as well, she explained the plan very throughly and was very personal. Also offered her own thought about different packages which made it so much easier to make a decision. She also has a Forrester added plus. Of course the manager was involved with price even though we didn't meet him. Thank you for the time you have to use. More
