This was suppose to a stop along the way of an epic road trip. Unfortunately, the car I arrived in wasn't going to make it much further. These guys took me in as helped me find the perfect car! They set me up with all the luxurious perks of being a Subaru owner like my extended warranty so I never have to worry about maintenance! They also where a pleasure to work with. The facility was beautiful and clean. I could not be happier with my purchase. More

I went to two dealerships prior to going to Tucson Subaru and felt a little rushed and discouraged by the process. John Petersavage was my first point of contact- friendly, helpful, and straight to the point- he set me up with Jennifer Duran for my first appointment with Tucson Subaru. Jennifer was beyond impressive. She was kind, patient, and informational, and walked me around the entire lot to ensure I was making a decision I was happy with. John and Jennifer both walked me through much of the process, chatted with me, and made me feel at home. After I had made a decision, when I went to do finances and pick up the car, Jennifer showed me how to work everything in the car, while Traci in finance gave me a few laughs and walked me through that process. I can without a doubt say everyone involved went above and beyond for me. I know I can call to ask them questions or for anything else I need and they would help me with a smile on their face. The easiest car purchase I've ever had! I had been thinking of purchasing a Forester for sometime. On Wednesday morning I went on-line and looked over the inventory of used cars. Found one I had been thinking of purchasing a Forester for sometime. On Wednesday morning I went on-line and looked over the inventory of used cars. Found one I liked and sent off an on-line price request. Jennifer Durand replies promptly with an offer. I called her and set up an appointment to see the car for 11am. By 2 I was out the door with my new to me car. Jennifer was kind, considerate, professional and very through. The entire experience was just great.
