Excellent internet sale / used-car purchase experience Our experience started with an online search for a used Forester, which connected us with Jennifer Duran from internet sales. Jennifer answered our qu Our experience started with an online search for a used Forester, which connected us with Jennifer Duran from internet sales. Jennifer answered our questions via email and gave us a great quote on a '15 Forester, so we set up a time to come in and test drive it on the last (and busiest) day of the year. When we arrived, Jennifer was working with another customer, and after realizing we could be in for a long wait, Jennifer handed us off to Kevin McDougall. Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable, and quite simply, great. Our '15 Forester of interest was already being test-driven by another customer, but Kevin reassured us that it was still available, asked questions about what we were looking for, and explained the various options and differences between previous models and the '17 model. As soon as was practical, we took the '15 for a thorough test drive, where Kevin encouraged us to put the Forester through its paces. Upon our return, he checked the status of the other customer and learned that they had decided on another vehicle. But instead of hustling us into the office to close the deal, he showed us other vehicles with similar options available on the lot for our consideration. We were shown a '14 Forester with identical options and features to the '15, but lower mileage and price. Kevin took time to test drive that one with us as well. When we had questions about previous ownership and service histories, Kevin took the time to pull the Carfax's, and even went over each vehicle's service records in detail to show us what work had been done to bring the vehicles up to Subaru C.P.O. standards. In the end that information made our decision for us and we went with the original vehicle Jennifer had quoted. Tim Hanson finalized the process with great finance terms. I always dread this last step in the process because I've gotten used to a hard sell for additional options and service contracts that I don't want. Tim seemed to understand this up front and quickly walked us through the options, and got us out the door in record time (with a service contract, which I typically decline, but decided was worthwhile once Tim explained the coverage). Overall, an excellent first experience with Tucson Subaru, with unexpected but welcomed patience and attention from the staff for an internet sale, on one of their busiest conventional sales days of the year. I would recommend Tucson Subaru and all three of these employees to anyone looking for a Subaru in Arizona. More

Started off bad, ended in a very positive experience We test drove a few cars earlier in the fall and had a really negative experience with a different sales person at this dealership. When we were ready to buy, we called for an appointment. We spoke with Jennifer and told her we were anxious about having a repeat (aggressive and sometimes negative texting and calling after a test drive). She was great - very low pressure and assured us that wouldn't happen again. We test drove several vehicles, she priced out several options and presented them to us. We ended up getting two used (one nearly new) vehicle and traded in our nearly new Subaru. Traci helped us through the financial part of the purchase and was great - super friendly and great about presenting options. If it wasn't for the earlier, experience, I would rate the dealership a 5. More

In truth both cars were great to drive (for me) and thus it came down to price and expected dealer experience. I knew what the purchasing experience would be like with Tucson Subaru and was not sorry for my choice. It takes a small village of people to get you through the new car purchasing process and the entire staff did a wonderful job keeping me updated on the process. The Costco purchasing program connected me with Trent Nichols who encouraged me to visit ASAP as they were making terrific deals this week. And I believe I got a GREAT deal on my new 2017 Subaru Forester from Jennifer Duran and was pleased to be offered a reasonable price on my 17 years old Toyota. The financing deal of 4 years with true 0% interest from Curt McHenry was terrific, but even better was his clear explanation of the value of the Subaru extended warranty that I considered. The front reception staff also needs to be mentioned for their assistance with receiving fax's and someone kept replenishing the cookies and coffee that kept my spirits bright. More
