Tucson Had a great interaction with Jennifer and Subaru. I was in the position to choose a VW or Subaru due to "Dieselgate" and VW buying back my car. Tucson Subaru was more than willing to play ball and compete with the Phoenix market. Jennifer answered all my questions in a timely manner. She had all the paperwork ready to go after we reached an agreement so I had to spend a least amount of time in the dealership. This is the 8th car I've bought in my lifetime and by far the best experience so far. I would more than recommend Jennifer and Tucson Subaru. The cold, aloof attitude from Larry H. Miller VW has turned me off VW. After buying from Tucson Subaru, I've heard nothing but great things, I'll be recommending Tucson Subaru to all I know. More

On the date of sale she walked me through the vehicle top to bottom and even gave flowers to my fiance. We weren't expecting that! Tim in finance was also wonderful. I saw the car I wanted online and Jennifer Duran was instrumental in setting me up with the car. She was quick to respond to my emails and worked with me living up in Phoenix. Negotiation was very easy as well because the car was already very fairly priced and in superb condition- that always helps! Curt McHenry was also great throughout the financing process; working with my pre-approved loan, finding me a slightly better deal, and clearly and efficiently explaining the paperwork. Nice having a fellow Sun Devil in Wildcat territory too! The dealership itself was immaculate, comfortable, and even had free cookies, fruit, and coffee/hot cocoa. If I needed another car I would definitely come back, but something tells me I won't need to for a while! More
