The Subaru Experience...Exceptional, Superb! I knew very little about Subaru vehicles when I walked through the doors of Tucson Subaru in June 2016. While I had heard from loyal customers that I I knew very little about Subaru vehicles when I walked through the doors of Tucson Subaru in June 2016. While I had heard from loyal customers that I would likely love Subaru, I was still skeptical having had no experience with Subaru. Until the day I walked through the doors and was instantly welcomed into not just a Subaru car dealership, but a Subaru experience and ultimately the Subaru family. The first thing you notice when you walk into Tucson Subaru is the bright, natural light and the larger-than-life posters of real people enjoying real outdoor adventures. The brain begins to daydream about the plethora of outdoor adventures you need to add to your bucket list. Then within seconds, you are snapped back into reality when you are greeted by the front desk staff and the sales staff. If you're extraordinarily lucky, snapping back into reality means you are greeted by the one-and-only salesperson extraordinaire: Jen Duran. Jen exemplifies how every car salesperson in the industry should treat a customer: she actively listens to your needs, never pressures, always is supportive, is knowledgeable about her vehicles, lets the customer have the space and time to decide what best suits the customer's needs, and ultimately knows exactly how to create the most amazing car buying experience. Whether you choose a Subaru or not, you still leave feeling like Jen and the entire Subaru staff really cares. Personally, I'm so thankful I gave Tucson Subaru a try. I am now the proud owner of a new 2016 Subaru Crosstrek and not only love my vehicle, but love the Subaru experience. I suggest that everyone in the market for a new (or used) vehicle, visit Tucson Subaru even if a Subaru is not the car you ultimately purchase. If your experience is anything like mine was, you will leave having experienced more than "another dealership." You will leave having had a superb Subaru experience.
