Didn't pay attention to details. TSB out on electronic brakes for over a year and yet it took four trips (the last three in a span of four weeks) to get it "fixed." I lost confidence TSB out on electronic brakes for over a year and yet it took four trips (the last three in a span of four weeks) to get it "fixed." I lost confidence in the car so traded it in on a new car from the dealership. The service manager Jill is great and I know they are trying to improve. I don't know if it is an issue between corporate getting info to dealers, training or just technicians rushing through jobs to get paid. It is the closest dealer to me and they know my frustrations and lack of trust. I am undecided to continue to use them or not. More

Came in the get my Headlight fixed! So after having it in the shop for three days and $780 of Service Costs, which included 60,000 Tune Up, Four New Tires, Wiper Blades and an Oil Change So after having it in the shop for three days and $780 of Service Costs, which included 60,000 Tune Up, Four New Tires, Wiper Blades and an Oil Change guess what? They didn’t fix my xxxx Headlight!!!! now I have to go back and have them fix my headlight! Everyone was very nice and friendly and what they did was great but it is a Fleet Vehicle sonI wasn’t paying for it. Had I been paying out of my own pocket, I would have been really upset. More
