Upon entering the Helms Bros dealership friendly faces greet you, offering assistance immediately. We met with Jennifer in management who introduced us to Maurice, stating he would take good care of us. Indeed he took exceptional care in showing us our options in both new and pre-owned vehicles. Maurice was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and organized. He took care of the sale from soup to nuts. He contacted our insurance company, helped se tup my I-phone to remotely start my NEW car and spent a significant amount of time orienting me to my car, even though I had an older model Mercedes, the new technology can be confusing.
