I had the most positive experience I’ve ever had buying anything while working with Jeremy Butler. No hassle, no games, straight forward sale.Jeremy saw my Online interest in a vehicle and made a short vid anything while working with Jeremy Butler. No hassle, no games, straight forward sale.Jeremy saw my Online interest in a vehicle and made a short video of the vehicle and sent it to me via text. I indicated I was still interested and Jeremy asked me if I’d like to drive it. I explained I was working and he offered to bring it to me at my home. He met me at my home, I drove the car and I loved it. I made an offer and Jeremy was able to negotiate a fair price for the new vehicle and for my trade in and all from my home. When I got to the dealership there was no haggling, the deal was ready to go. I didn’t have to sit there for hours going back and forth with a sales manager. In fact, I can only rate him because I didn’t work with anyone else there. Most people dread going car shopping because of the games you have to play and the time it takes but this didn’t happen at Ken Garff Honda. I will shop here first from now on. Thanks Jeremy! More

Jeremy was friendly, professional and not pushy. He was prepared to show us what we were looking for; not at what he wanted or needed to sell. He was able to answer all of our questions. The best part of working with Jeremy is you could tell he truly cared about us as people not as another number or sale. He went above and beyond! Due to COVID-19 and the fact that the dealership is currently not offering snacks and the vending machine was out of order, when one of our blood sugars dropped (we are diabetic) he went to the store next door and bought a diabetic friendly snack to bring our numbers back to where they needed to be; unfortunately we were not prepared. We left there with the vehicle of our dreams, knowing we had worked with an honest man and someone we can consider as a friend. We would recommend working with Jeremy to anyone!! No regrets! More
