I cannot say enough positive things about BMW of FT Washington. They all always go the extra mile! Upon check in and check out their attention to detail is impeccable. Our client advisor, David Reedman, was very kind and provided us with all the help we needed when buying our used vehicle. The whole experience was great, from first seeing the car to test driving it an provided us with all the help we needed when buying our used vehicle. The whole experience was great, from first seeing the car to test driving it and working with the dealership on the numbers, everything was very easy and we left with the car the same day. The finance manager, Cory Evans, was also very kind and walked us through all the documents as well as any extra plans we would want to add to protect the vehicle. All in all, a very pleasant experience and we would suggest this dealership to anyone. More

From the moment I walked in to this dealership, I felt like I was a priority and was greeted with a smile by the person at the front desk. Then I was introduced to Phil Milewski where I felt like I was fa like I was a priority and was greeted with a smile by the person at the front desk. Then I was introduced to Phil Milewski where I felt like I was family. I had no idea if I would be getting a car from here or not but in the end, I am so glad I did.
