Pearson Nissan was unable to locate a Nissan part to repair my Nissan vehicle. It took longer than two weeks to determine they were not able to repair my vehicle. However they did replace a nine inch repair my Nissan vehicle. It took longer than two weeks to determine they were not able to repair my vehicle. However they did replace a nine inch section of rubber hose and were kind enough to waive the charge on that repair. More

When I brought my vehicle in it's probably one or two maybe three minutes till somebody approached me wanted to know what needs to be done I just got a oil and filter change but everybody was courteous t maybe three minutes till somebody approached me wanted to know what needs to be done I just got a oil and filter change but everybody was courteous the only thing I have is that almost every time I get an oil change I forget to or a tire problem they forget to reset the the meter so that's not much I think you did a very good job at least four stars More

They got me in and out pretty quick. Put on a brand new rear wiper blade and it works wonderfully! Needed to order another part and gave me a three day window of when it will be in.
