What a fantastic experience buying a new car! My first car out of college was a '95 Escort, so it had been awhile since I had bought a Ford, and so far I am blown away by how far Ford has come i My first car out of college was a '95 Escort, so it had been awhile since I had bought a Ford, and so far I am blown away by how far Ford has come in terms of the technology and workmanship that goes into their cars! Erik Padilla was my salesman, and he was absolutely the BEST in helping me put in a custom order for my Ford Escape PHEV, which was backordered for months. However, Erik was great about always following up on the status of my vehicle, and when it finally came in he and Sam, our sales manager, worked their magic to lock in customer price protection from the increases in pricing that has happened in the last 6 months due to inflation, as well as getting me the old customer rebate promotion. In a time when many dealerships are marking up way above MSRP, it was refreshing to find a dealer that wasn't trying to just gouge its customers, and instead make an honest buck by providing outstanding service and value to its customer base! The experience of picking up my vehicle was great also, and Erik really took his time to walk me through all of the features of the new car, from how to charge it up, to trying out the different drive modes in a test drive, to setting up the FordPass app on my phone and getting it connected to my new car! I also enjoyed working with the rest of the staff in the financing department, and look forward to bringing in my car for service and doing future business with Fair Oaks Ford! Would definitely recommend to any family and friends looking for a good car at a fair price! More
