They sold me a 2015 jeep grand cherokee without working high beams, i've been waiting close to a month for a part to come in.For them to fix it, they let me drive off the lot with it without high beams in high beams, i've been waiting close to a month for a part to come in.For them to fix it, they let me drive off the lot with it without high beams in the state of connecticut, it is illegal for them to sell you a vehicle without working headlights and high beams now i'm in the works of trying to get them to give me a loner car till they fix my jeep, I might have to go through a lawyer so I am letting everybody know buyer, beware. Be careful of this dealership. Make sure you cross your T's and dot your I's before you drive off that lot with your car. all they care about is taking your money. They don't actually care about you as a person or if your vehicle is safe if they did, they would not have lacked on the safety check and sold a car without high beams More

I received about $4,500 in Jeep incentives, but the sales manager didn’t discount anything from the MSRP and lowballed me on my trade. The dealer made an extremely tidy profit on this sale but had me between a rock and a hard place since the color & options I wanted were very limited in my area. I also wanted to buy before the tariffs announced by the economics genius in the White House drove up the price of the vehicle. Overall, I would recommend that you compare several other dealerships if you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from NW Hills. More
