Went in for repair work and an oil change. It took longer than expected. Service advisor was hard to communicate with. He could have been more clear on pricing. Also, I called for a status upd It took longer than expected. Service advisor was hard to communicate with. He could have been more clear on pricing. Also, I called for a status update, and he took over an hour to call back. I took the shuttle home while I waited, and to return we had to schedule a lift due to the delay in communication. I made it clear that I needed to shuttle back in if I took it home when I dropped off the car. More

I came in for an oil change, recall fix, a rattle noise complaint, and for an inspection of the head unit due to not having bluelink services three months after purchase. Just like every other time i've se complaint, and for an inspection of the head unit due to not having bluelink services three months after purchase. Just like every other time i've serviced my car at boucher, there's a lack of communication and somehow I fall through the cracks. My car dropped off wednesday and I couldn't pick up until monday evening. I was supposed to get a call on friday but never did. They said it wasn't complete before the weekend but my car did not move in the parking lot over the weekend. It was washed and parked on friday and I wasn't contacted. This dealership seems to only struggle with communication. More

Had a very expensive repair, no loaner available. A $50.00 repair was found by mechanic but was not reported until just before I was to pick up vehicle, not performed. The service department at this dealership is the absolute worst I've ever been to. There was a recall on my engine on a 2017 Tucson they don't care never got a callback from the service manager never got a c worst I've ever been to. The SUV only has 51000 miles on it the sales Manager is Awesome if He is willing to sell Us a car off of one of there Other dealerships I would buy from Fitzsimmons More
