this is my first Acura but I have been a fan for years. Very pleased with my new ILX and already have 350 miles on it. I purchased my vehicle used from this dealer on Tuesday July 14th. The Employees at Joe rizza Acura are very friendly and respectful as well as polite. Being nice and respectful is one thing but we all kno July 14th. The Employees at Joe rizza Acura are very friendly and respectful as well as polite. Being nice and respectful is one thing but we all know as customers that money talks and that dealers are in business to make the most money possible at the lowest cost. Once a vehicle is off the lot and the paperwork is complete it's the customers problem then it can become a hassle to get a call back or an issue fixed etc. I returned my vehicle to the Acura dealership 2 days after purchase for a "2nd used vehicle inspection" after I was told the vehicle had previously been inspected prior to me making my purchase. The issues I brought to the attention of the service department I am still experiencing (grinding noise coming from power steering and or steering gear box and also rear brake noises). I am very mechanically inclined and was told by the service department that the grinding noise was normal, however I also am a technician and I have yet to find an instance when a "grinding" noise is considered normal operation. The vehicle I purchased was a Ford explorer so with this being an Acura dealer the mechanics are certified only in Acura not in Ford vehicles. I will be bringing my vehicle to a certified Ford dealer and paying $240.00 out of pocket to have it properly inspected thoroughly since they are certified in the make of my vehicle. I have a strong belief that there are current issues with this vehicles power steering and or front suspension components. More

I shopped for prices and they were $1500.00 lower than anyone else. At Joe Rizza you can feel comfortable they will give you all of the discounts available at that time and you will get the best price. The show room is clean and everyone is very friendly. I dealt with Jeremy over the phone who was courteous and professional. At the dealership I worked with Denise and she is very personal and fun to work with. I highly recommend Joe Rizza Acura and I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer. More
