NOTICE: This is a long review, but if you are seriously looking into a car from Fred Martin Nissan, I'd suggest you read it. I went in with no credit. Holly said they ran my credit, and I truly came bac looking into a car from Fred Martin Nissan, I'd suggest you read it. I went in with no credit. Holly said they ran my credit, and I truly came back as a ghost. Holly Rhodes worked closely with Jeremy Lynch to make sure I went home with that car. Jeremy struck a deal with the loaners and got me a GAP agreement, which he said "I wouldn't let you go home without this agreement if you were my own brother, so I worked out a deal with the bank for you." Both Holly and Jeremy stayed over their shift to help me out. I asked if they get paid overtime, and they both said no. Holly even said "This is sales honey, we don't get overtime." She also said that they make basically nothing in a day if they don't sell a car, so I'm glad I can put money into Holly's pockets for all the hard work she does. As for Jeremy, he took the time to explain everything to me, and he made sure I got the best deal I could for financing. Just to note, I do NOT have credit, so to even get me a loan is an amazing feat in and of itself. I did not get a co-signature, meaning my interest rate is higher, but that's better than being fired from my place of employment for not having a vehicle to get me there. I was first looking at cars on sketchy places that have "lemons" on their vehicles. Fred Martin Nissan has a "No Lemon Guarantee", meaning they didn't hide (or try to hide) any imperfections with the car. Holly told me the place I was going to go to would have charged me more for the car, I would have had a 23%+ interest rate on it, and there could have been things wrong with the car that they didn't tell me about. Holly got me the full history report of the car and that put my mind to rest. I was going to take the car to a Hyundai Mechanic to do a full inspection, but my dad told me that they are a trustworthy car dealership with good qualified mechanics, and he also said they are genuine and wouldn't even sell the car if it had any problems with it not listed. Again, they have a "No Lemon Guarantee" so I don't have to spend the extra money for a full vehicle inspection. Fred Martin Nissan also offers 6 FREE oil changes in a span of 3 years. They also offer 3 years of roadside assistance (3 years or 36,000 miles). 24-HOUR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE: - Toll Free, 24-Hour, 365 Days a Year. - Emergency Road Service and Towing. - Mechanical First Aid. - Emergency Gasoline Delivery. - Battery Assistance. - Emergency Tire Service. - Emergency Lockout Service. Fred Martin Nissan gives out free beverages, including coffee, pop (soda), water, and maybe even more that I didn't see. My mom leased a Nissan Altima from Fred Martin Nissan and the person she spoke to was Corey Michalak. She said he was amazing. I'm not leaving a review for Corey since I didn't have him, but from what I hear everyone at Fred Martin Nissan is great, so no matter who you get, you'll love your experience. Fred Martin Nissan: 5 stars. Holly Rhodes: 5 stars. Jeremy Lynch: 5 stars. Note to Holly: Enjoy your vacation and have fun! You deserve it! I hope you get more awards to fill up your desk with. Note to Jeremy: Thank you for getting me the best deal you could with my credit, and making the financing process easy. Note to Fred Martin Nissan Management: Your employees work really hard, and they made my first time car loaning experience great. Keep them close, because they are great people with a lot of knowledge in their respective fields. More

Corey has consistently gone above and beyond for us. He was our salesman when we purchased our 2025 Pathfinder in September. He has since helped us on multiple occasions. Including on a Sunday night for an issue unrelated to the purchase. This has been amazing. Although affiliated with the Fred Martin Superstore in our area which has a sketchy reputation. This dealership has shown that they don't adhere to the same tactics or poor customer service as their namesake. It would actually help this dealership to change their name and only retain a loose affiliation with the parent company. So, to recap, Corey is amazing. He deserves a raise and promotion. The dealership has shown that the customer comes first woth upfront and honest deals and answers to questions. Patrick in the service department is thorough and helpful as well. He also deserves a raise for his exemplary customer service. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a great experience. Both buying and with service related items. More
