For the last two years, service advisor Jeremy Sullivan has done his best to meet all of his customers’ needs. A lot of times, they tell him just how tough it is to take time away from their day to get an oil change or keep up with routine car maintenance. Beginning Monday, all that is going to change. Thanks to the new Happy Hours program, Don Ayres customers can take advantage of the less hectic evening hours to get their cars tuned up. “We decided to extend our hours,” Jeremy said. “A lot of our customers work during the day and this makes it easier for them to get their cars in. If we can make it any more convenient, then that’s what we’re here to do.” Outside of work, Sullivan has little time to rest. As the father of a one-year-old son, he says he’s almost always on the move.

This is the third car that I have bought from Don Ayers, on 4740 Lima Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana , with the first and second car I had a great expierance and Don Ayers was the first place that I thought of w on 4740 Lima Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana , with the first and second car I had a great expierance and Don Ayers was the first place that I thought of when I needed another car. After buying this last car I am sure I will never buy another car from you again. This company has failed to provide good service to me since I bought my car 4 months ago. The first saleman that was helping me Darrin Bickel was not nice to me and my friend at all. He was rude, not very friendly and appeared to be upset when I wanted to test drive more than 2 cars, we left the lot to look at a different car and then came back to drive the car I bought one more time before making a decision. When we came back a different salesman Brian Bicknese helped us, he was much nicer than the first guy. After I bought the car I have been called 3 times to come back in to sign paperwork that had been forgotten. I also just got a letter from siriusxm satellite radio that I have 2 months left on my 3 month of free satellite radio that came with the car when I bought it. I was not told that I would get 3 months of free service, I called siriusxm asking about only having 2 months left and just getting notified now and was told that the dealership that I bought the car from was responsibe to giving me the information. Next failure was when I went for an oil change on 7/11/12, had an appointment at 5PM, my 2 kids and I waited in the waiting area the staff started to clean the coffee machines and the pop dispencer then someone asked me if I needed help, I said I was waiting for my car to be done and she stated, "we are closed", I told her that I was not told my car was done and that I had not even paid for it yet, she went to check and told me that when they called my name someone else came up and signed my paperwork, so they thought they were done with me. They made up new paper work for me and unlocked the window and I paid for the service. So who ever signed my paper work now has my name, address, phone number, make and model , lisence plate and vin number to my car with so much fraud and idenify thief going around this does not make me happy at all. Then when I went to get my car it was still dirty. I went back inside and asked about the car wash that they were suppost to do and was told that it was already done, I explained that my car was very dirty and was told, " well, what do you expect for a free car wash". They did offer to wash my car again but by this time I was so upset I just left. These are the reasons that I will never buy another car from Don Ayers again. I have had very poor customer service from the start and wish that I had never bought my third car from there. Sally Storey More

Buying this new car was a great and wonderful experience for us. The salesman, Ty, explained everything, and, along with Rick, the sales manager, found us the exact car we wanted, and had it ready on time. for us. I have great respect for the sales manager, Ty, the staff, business people and service staff as well as the check out ladies, and I have found all the personnel to be people of integrity, honesty, and friendliness. Once I purchase a car, I just bring it in for service and know that honesty, integrity, and concern for my personal safety while driving this new Pilot or our older Accord are parmount in the minds of all those with whom I do business. As the saying goes: "No one compares with Don Ayres." In 30 years, I have never even been in another dealer showroom. That is a blessing and a compliment to Don Ayres! And Honda vehicles are the best, in my opinion and experience. More

We have been dealing with Ayers and Mark Harrison for at least 5 weeks. We never felt pressured and was always treated great. when it came time to finally decide Mark was busy and set us up with Ben Maggert least 5 weeks. I had to have my car towed into the dealership. I had a large puddle of fluid under the car in the garage and the car was heating up. I arrived first thing in the morning and was told they would have to work me in so I was given no indication of if/when I would know if it could be fixed on that day or if I needed to rent a car so I could get to work and start my day. I also had work done on my car over a year ago regarding an oil leak and told them it was not fixed (still leaking)and on every occasion I have had it in since I have told them it still leaked. When Jeremy came out to tell what they had thought might be the problem, he also proceeded to tell me the oil leak could cost up to $750.00 after they got it apart and took a look at the gaskets. 1. He wouldn't look me in the eye when I was questioning him about "how much would it have been if they would have looked at it when I first stated the leak was still there?" 2. He just stopped talking about it like it wasn't important. I chose to not have that fixed at this time (I am planning on looking around and getting other estimates cuz I really want it fixed this time) I also told him I was in a month earlier because my engine came on and it was put on the computer and I was told it was a false alarm and it was reset. It was very frustrating to then a month later have to have my car towed in for a major problem. Was it misread? I feel like it was a warning sign that was ignored.
