For the last two years, service advisor Jeremy Sullivan has done his best to meet all of his customers’ needs. A lot of times, they tell him just how tough it is to take time away from their day to get an oil change or keep up with routine car maintenance. Beginning Monday, all that is going to change. Thanks to the new Happy Hours program, Don Ayres customers can take advantage of the less hectic evening hours to get their cars tuned up. “We decided to extend our hours,” Jeremy said. “A lot of our customers work during the day and this makes it easier for them to get their cars in. If we can make it any more convenient, then that’s what we’re here to do.” Outside of work, Sullivan has little time to rest. As the father of a one-year-old son, he says he’s almost always on the move.

Jeremy, was extremely courteous and very detailed in explaining what exactly they did to our Honda. He reassured me they did everything possible to make sure all is running well. This is our first Honda and do not know quite what to expect with different stuff. He did not treat us like we were crazy. He took his time in putting in the computer exactly what needed to be checked and how we explained any noises etc. This is the best experience from any dealership in town to deal with. I have always been true to American products and have always purchased the "big 3" domestics. My son recently purchased a Honda and I have heard a lot of the quality that goes into a Honda so I thought always purchased the "big 3" domestics. This is my first Honda automobile so I wanted to bring it to the Honda professionals to be serviced. I was very impressed with your service department in regards to the incoming processing of my needs, the comfortable waiting room, and the courtesy that I received from everyone. I normally love working with Don Ayres. But since the scheduling process has changed (it appears to me that it has been outsourced), I am not happy with the appointment process.I came in for an oil chang scheduling process has changed (it appears to me that it has been outsourced), I am not happy with the appointment process.I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I have been hearing an odd noise and asked for them to take a look at it. I was told it would take several hours and I did not have that kind of time to wait on that day. In the meantime, I had some medical issues and have been off work and unable to drive. I called today for an 'appointment' to have the car looked at and am told I cannot get it in until Thursday. This doesn't seem to me that this is offering excellent service. I should be able to get my car in for a serious sounding problem in less than three days. So, I have rated my service as 'good' because there was no accommodation from the dealership to get my car in for an evaluation in a timely manner. And I hate the new appointment process. More
