I was disappointed in a recent car repair experience. The wrong part was put in my car which caused a grinding noise and some damage to the interior tire wheel. It would have been nice to have been offered a free oil change or something for the inconvenience and time this cost me. I was hoping Harbro could be the reliable place for me to keep my old car running smoothly. More
