Ganley Ford of Parma took in my 2023 f150 due to factory paint defects. They were able to get my truck looked at and multiple defects fixed. Ford must have had some paint issues as I had multiple cracks and paint defects. They were able to get my truck looked at and multiple defects fixed. I worked with the Service manager as the last service manager gave me the run around and when Jeremy took over he had me squared away. Got me a loaner vehicle while my truck was in the body shop and fixed a couple of other items at the same time. More
