Stephen made it simple.. Bought an Accord Touring DCH is a nice place to go for car shopping. They have large inventory to choose from and such a friendly customer service. It started with internet request and got a call within 2 minutes. After a minute I recieved a quote with a nice discount. David from internet team helped us secure that quote and I decided to walk to dealership At the dealership Stephen helped us find a 2015 Honda Accord. It was a pleasure working with him, as he was so friendly and polite with us. Finance team helped us get a better finance rate, being new in the US I was little nervous about getting the loan approved, but they managed to get the loan approved for me and that too at better rate than expected. Overall great experience!! Me and my wife left the dealership with a smile and nice v6 accord touring !!! More

I was very nervous to come in but Jake, and Sabreena were very positive minded people who were very eager to help me out. Jenssy was very patient with me selling the car because I was so indecisive, He was very determined to get me into the vehicle with the kind of payment I wanted. He went over all details of the vehicle and answered any questions I had. In Finance I appreciate Jarod Hurley, he was great! Very attentive to my concerns,and he was very professional. From the first person who greeted my sister and I outside to the wonderful financier who helped complete the journey- what a wonderful bunch of professionals. I went to browse but the helpful assistance of salesman Moe Dalia and straight talking manager Matthew- made leasing a car that very day a happy reality! Good deal. No gimmicks. Friendly and "good guys" Asked for internet quote for CRV lease. Of the 8 dealers requested, 3 didn't reply (sent me generic auto generated email, completely useless to me an Asked for internet quote for CRV lease. Of the 8 dealers requested, 3 didn't reply (sent me generic auto generated email, completely useless to me and also for them, a wasted sales lead). Of the 5, DCH gave me the best quote and was 2 of 5 dealers that didn't (or maybe they couldn't) do better than original quote. Indicative of putting their "best foot forward" from the start. Hedy Berger was my internet contact. I got an exceptional deal (by North NJ standards); probably very good/good deal by national standards. Hedy was always responsive and very clear in her response (don't know why it takes some dealers 1/2 day or more to get back). I'm very wary of dealers that say "X" but when you get to the dealership, they're like well, it's "X" but you also need to pay for "Y" and "Z". I asked Hedy if "X" was all that I had to pay, she confirmed and that was it. Had another dealer (located closer) that said they could match the deal but didn't like their demeanor and felt like they would end up being 'Y" + "Z" guys. Only issue/complaint I had (although it's not 100% DCH's fault) is that I had to do the deal on a Saturday. As Bergen County residents know, dealers are closed on Sunday. DCH Paramus is a volume seller. I was there around 11:30am. There was nothing to negotiate and I didn't do test drive but it still took me 3+ hours to complete everything (and it wasn't because I had credit or insurance issues). The problem is there are so many customers there (not sure if it's everyday but at least Saturday). More
