Very unprofessional Save yourself the bother of wasting time with salesman John Bohler. I spent HOURS waiting at the dealership for my car. It DIDN’T have the options tha Save yourself the bother of wasting time with salesman John Bohler. I spent HOURS waiting at the dealership for my car. It DIDN’T have the options that John told me it would have inside of it and John attempted to take other customers while I was waiting there for my car. The day I was picking my car up which was the day after I received a call saying I was approved for it I sat at the dealership for 4 hours waiting to hear that I was approved and then another hour and a half waiting to see the car. Which when I mentioned seeing it was told it is like the other grand cherokees in the waiting room but black. After filling out the survey I received a call from John the salesman who had the audacity to say that I’m just an idiot kid that shouldn’t have even received a car from him and that I have a lot to learn in life and what goes around comes around which came off as a threat. I would say avoid this dealership or at least this salesman at all cost. 0 stars for John Bohler across the board. More

Excellent eye towards customer satisfaction I recently leased a 2017 Dodge Ram from the DeCozen Chrysler Jeep dealership in Verona, N.J. My salesman, Joe Manze, acted in a very professional I recently leased a 2017 Dodge Ram from the DeCozen Chrysler Jeep dealership in Verona, N.J. My salesman, Joe Manze, acted in a very professional manner. He was informative and personable. We discussed the different RAM models and available options and what my actual needs were with regards to usage, ridership, financial options, etc. I spent about 45 mins with Joe and, at the end, knew which vehicle I wanted and what the financial terms would be. It was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. Ask for Joe if you’re looking for a vehicle at DeCozen. I picked up my new Dodge Ram but found there was an issue with the transmission. This rarely happens but, in life, the unexpected will always rear its ugly head. When I reported this to the dealership the next day, they immediately provided me with a loner vehicle while they investigated the issue. The end result was they provided me with an alternate comparable vehicle with a couple of extra options at no charge, and included some additional benefits as well. This was all accomplished within one day. I find that those at DeCozen really do care about their customers and understand and what today's consumers expect with regards to what Customer Service. The best recommendation I can give is that I’d recommend DeCozen to my friends and family, those I care about most. I look forward to my relationship with DeCozen over the coming years. Shady Dealership I went to this dealership in July 2016 to purchase a 2013 Dodge Durango SXT that was listed at $17,999. I already had financing and went to the dealer I went to this dealership in July 2016 to purchase a 2013 Dodge Durango SXT that was listed at $17,999. I already had financing and went to the dealership to get this vehicle. I thought being that I had financing it would be an easy process, was I wrong. They stated that the listed price was only if I financed through them. No where on there website was that listed. I explained to the salesman that I wasn't happy about the tire tread on the two front tires. But after a three hour process they got me financing with another company with a lower interest rate. That was the only good part of this ordeal. I had looked at the carfax before purchasing and learned that it was previously a lease. Which was ok because of all the required oil changes that the lease must have. But two days and 100 miles after taking the truck of the lot the oil change due notification came on. I called them and asked if they did any type of vehicle inspection before putting it on the market with no one getting back to me. I went to get the oil changed and I had never seen oil that dirty. I would imagine most dealerships at least would change the oil and fluids. Not Decozen. Power steering fluid was low as well. And when you call them they never return your call. I will not refer anyone to this dealership and would advise everyone else to go elsewhere. More
