12/8/18 Service review I had an 8:30a appointment and when I arrived, on time, I was told there were 4 people in front of me and it would likely be 45 mins to and hour. I do I had an 8:30a appointment and when I arrived, on time, I was told there were 4 people in front of me and it would likely be 45 mins to and hour. I don't understand why my car wouldn't be seen right away if I had an appointment. I waited nearly two hours and was surprised to see my bill was $590 with no explanation of what I paid for other than the one tire that I purchased. I asked multiple times how much longer it would take and I was told I would be informed when it was ready. The staff was by no means rude, but there was a severe lack of information and transparency. I didn't expect an apology but none was offered. However, I did receive a happy holidays greeting when I left, which I appreciated. I do no know the names of the people I interacted with unfortunately so I selected a few names below because it would not let me submit without selecting. More
