Bought new car and drove it to western part of NC to visit relatives. After ten days of ownership, the battery drained three nights in a row. On Saturday, after calling multiple Jeep Dealerships, was fi visit relatives. After ten days of ownership, the battery drained three nights in a row. On Saturday, after calling multiple Jeep Dealerships, was finally able to get the dealership in Wilksboro NC (40 miles away ) to look at the car. Unfortunately, There wasn’t a rental car available in Wilksboro. Gerry Clarke of Jerry Ulm dealership, came to the rescue even though I was not in Florida. Gerry Clarke ( my salesman), Mateó from Enterprise car rental at Jerry Ulm, and Gerry Clarke’s supervisor had outstanding team work and coordination to get me a car. They are Fantastic! More

When I first came in Raja helped me, we went over what I was looking for and he helped me find just what I wanted. I wasn’t able to come in until later the next day to do all the paperwork where jerry help was looking for and he helped me find just what I wanted.
