My first experience with this dealership was a few weeks ago . I was not going to go back there due to the guy in charge of car rentals . He was absolutely horrible! I had to return due to the service that was done on my vehicle. I had a great experience with Tony in the service department. He went above and beyond . He could not be any nicer . They need more people like him . They need to get rid of that guy in charge of the car rentals . I can’t stress that enough . If it wasn’t for Tony I would not return . He changed my mind of going back . To top it off he found my remote starter remote that I lost and went above and beyond . Great guy that you can trust ! Very happy with his service. That’s how customers should be treated . The manager Jerry was great to deal with as well . Very professional and polite .Not like the manager for the car rentals . Never been treated so bad and been disrespected . I’m not sure how he even has a job there dealing with the public . More
