absolutly the very best I have ever had, and I,m 85 yearsold my 2014 ford edge was due for service I called and they told me to bring it in. When I got there there was a line waiting to get in.WOW, I was told about an hour or so, well John JR heard this and put me in a rent a car and got me out of the building for safety sake I presume, what a guy, to think my safety was that important to get me away from all the commotion that was going on, I,m 85 years old and I suppose John Jr was thinking of my health with that Virus thing going around, All I can say is THANK YOU FOR PEOPLE THAT CONCERNED AT ARLINGTON HEIGHTS FORD.
