Good, SAFE Service During the Pandemic I was very pleased with the extra effort this dealership is going through to provide convenient, safe auto repair service to its customers during this I was very pleased with the extra effort this dealership is going through to provide convenient, safe auto repair service to its customers during this pandemic, when conditions are more difficult and not "normal." I was able to get an immediate appointment on the day I called; I was able to get my CAR PICKED UP, rather than having to risk my health by going into the dealership (I am very high risk for the Virus); and the pickup and delivery of my car after the repairs were done was carried out very well -- the person that picked up and delivered my car was very courteous, he wore protective gear (face mask and gloves), and my car was disinfected after the service was done, and again when it was delivered. I very much appreciate the badly-needed and convenient extra service provided by Arlington Heights Ford. More
