Jerry has been with the AH Ford family since 1987. He started as a parts driver, then became an advisor, manager, and has been our Service Director since 2005. Jerry's passion for customer satisfaction has not only made him lead our Service Department to an unprecedented amount of awards, but that is how he met his wife. She was a disgruntled customer until Jerry resolved the issue and asked him to marry her 8 weeks later. They have been married now for over 15 years.

The reason I keep coming back is the professionalism of the sales staff which includes management. From the time my wife and I walked in to the time we walked out we were never rushed or pressured. My Salesman Justin was extremely knowledgeable about any aspects of the Focus. He took his time and answered all of our questions during our 2 test drives. After the sale was finalized he once again took his time to go over everything once again. The second reason I keep coming back is the excellent service department. My wife and I have never had any problem regarding any repairs or have had any unnecessary work suggested. My overall experience has been excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arlington Hts.
