They are not providing service, they lie about what they do. I paid for tire rotation and they did not rotate them, never top off my fluids and do not give me the curtsy wash as promised I’m over ALM union do. Has to be the worst car buying experience. They wait until the very last minute to submit your paperwork for the title/registration. Since they waited so late my temporary tag expired and they They wait until the very last minute to submit your paperwork for the title/registration. Since they waited so late my temporary tag expired and they refuse to help in anyway. Spoke to many tag agency and they all said the dealer is supposed to give the extension. The finance manager Josh is nothing but a liar. He said he will help me and even gave me his personal but still I NEVER heard from him since that phone call. Calling ALM is so useless because nobody answers and everyone voicemail boxes are full. I had to appear in person to try to get some type of help. I don’t know why I even bought the car after the 1st time they disrespected me INCLUDING Josh. I came in with an approved loan from my bank, they tried to tell me I didn’t know what I was doing and that I couldn’t use it. They was so stupid and wrong you think they apologize for the inconvenience and stress they caused me ? I swear if it wasn’t for me finding the car I wanted I would have been left. I do not recommend this dealership the management is very unprofessional and they will not help you if you need it after you buy a car More
