He showed me the models I asked about, and explained the various features to me that I was totally unfamiliar with (eyesight and Starlink). There was no pressure from him at all, and I even told him I had to go look at another vehicle later that day. When I decided on the Subaru, I was able to negotiate the vehicle and price through email and telephone, and went in to pick it up the following Friday. The purchase process was smooth, the vehicle and paperwork were waiting on me to get there. Jerry was great to deal with, and has even followed up to see how the car was working out and if I had any more questions. I look forward to working with this dealership in the future for maintenance and to get some other options added to the vehicle. I imagine I will be making more purchase in the future as well. The more I drive our new Subaru, the more I like it. Even the kids are saying they like riding in it better than their mother's BMW. More

Our previous car was 12 years old, so buying a new car was a new experience in many ways. We had many questions about the car's new design, particularly the technologies built into the car. Jerry was knowledgeable about Subaru's car design and very helpful in explaining the car's features--physical and otherwise. In the end we bought the car in a different color because we didn't like the accompanying interior design. Despite this rather major change, we are very happy with our new Forester, which drives well and seems to be a well-built car. Throughout the process Jerry never pressured us to buy a car, he only provided objective information that would make it easier for us to make a decision about buying the car we wanted. We appreciated this approach and found Jerry to be not only a very good salesman but also a very nice person. More
