He gave us the best price for our Forester 2.0 Touring, found it and reserved it for us. This car is unavailable anywhere in or near Miami, in the color and package we wanted. So we flew in from Miami on Valentine's Day and Jerry and his lovely wife picked us up at the airport, we had a wonderful breakfast and then to see our new Subi, the Forester! No hassles, no back and forth, it was just very simple. Jerry was available to answer all of our questions before the sale, he understood exactly what we wanted, and we bought the car we dreamed of. What an awesome employee. Once we were there, Anita helped my hubby complete the financial paperwork, also very helpful. This is like long lost friends, Jerry even asked us to text him when we made it to Miami to make sure we had arrived safely. We love our new Forester and only wish your dealer was closer to us in Miami. More

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Subaru of Jacksonville, both used and neither were Subaru's. Anita was extremely knowledgeable and fast, she had everything ready to go and the process was just as pleasant as the previous. Again, there was never any pressure to purchase any addons, but the options were made available. From start to finish I was on the property for about 3 hours, including test drive, negotiation and finance. The people are what really make this a great dealership. It didn't feel like a typical sales process. More

" I Drove a Subaru And Purchased Two Subaru's" I already had the Subaru brand picked as my next vehicle. I had already made a visit to introduce myself to Jerry Johnson and told him I would be back I already had the Subaru brand picked as my next vehicle. I had already made a visit to introduce myself to Jerry Johnson and told him I would be back in 2016 to make a purchase. I did not plan for my vehicle that was 14 years old to develop serious ignition issues overnight. After trying an easy fix I still had issues which prompted me to call Jerry to let him know I was on my way to see him. I arrived with my limping car with my wife trailing me all the way for my safety since my car could not go over 50 MPH. I was not comfortable not having my finance not already in place to purchase but for some reason I was not worried about it. Jerry took his time with me explaining and showing all the differences of the models of the Forester line to me and my wife. I finally picked the Forester that fit what I was looking for and closed the deal. Financing was not stressful or tricky instead rather smooth. Everything went so well my wife inquired about trading her vehicle in to make it a double sale for Jerry. I did not realize while I was making my deal my wife had already found the Forester she liked. Just like me, financing went smooth and thanks to Jerry again for making our experience painless and pleasurable. Even though the day was long I still had enough humor in me to repeat the slogan: If you drive a Subaru you will buy a Subaru to the Owner. I think he was impressed with my imitation. But I really do love my Subaru so far as a first time owner and I'm sure my wife feels the same way. We were treated excellent by this dealership and I highly recommend anyone to come out look, and buy at Subaru Of Jacksonville. More
